About the role#
As an Innovation Strategy Intern, you will support our business by assisting with innovation strategy planning, data collection, and competitive landscape assessments. You will work directly with the Director of Strategic Insights and Innovation to gain hands-on experience in healthcare strategy. This internship includes networking opportunities, access to company executives, and structured performance coaching.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze customer intelligence using primary and secondary research methods.
- Conduct competitive market research to uncover trends and formulate product strategy.
- Synthesize data into evidence-based problem statements to direct future actions.
- Participate in a Center of Excellence to learn about healthcare innovation from start to finish.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate program for Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience leading or assisting with research activities such as interviews, focus groups, statistical analysis, document review, or evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and written communication abilities.

- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The position is based on-site in Irving, Texas.
- The program duration is 10 weeks.
