About the role#
As a Multimedia Marketing Intern, you will assist in executing video production, photography, and multimedia initiatives. You will contribute to projects that enhance awareness of our brand and mission. This role involves collaborating with a creative team to ensure marketing efforts remain cohesive and consistent across all channels. You will gain experience in the full production lifecycle while working from our Corporate Center in Eau Claire.
What you'll do#
- Create multimedia content including photography, video, audio, animation, and graphics.
- Manage the full content lifecycle from initial ideation and storyboarding to final production, editing, and distribution.
- Coordinate project logistics, schedule shoots, and travel to locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota for events and testimonials.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools and maintain production equipment.
- Organize digital files, manage vendor relationships, generate QR codes, and analyze performance metrics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or technical college pursuing a degree in Film/Video Production, Marketing, Entertainment Design, Multimedia, Videography, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with script writing, storyboarding, photography, videography, and Adobe Audition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate within a team.
- Must be bondable.
Location & details#
- Location: Corporate Center, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
- Term: May 2027 to May 2028 (12-month commitment required).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 15-20 hours per week during the school year and 35-40 hours per week during the summer, typically between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: $17.85 to $19.98 per hour.
- Training: New team members must attend Foundation Training at the Corporate Center from 9:00am to 4:30pm on the first Monday and Tuesday of employment.
