About the role#
Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist Co-op student to join the team for the Fall 2026 term. This role focuses on building, testing, and supporting AI agents and automation workflows that impact business operations. You will work across departments to translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions, gaining hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Databricks.
What you'll do#
- Build, test, and support AI agents, automation workflows, and AI-powered tools.
- Translate business requirements and department workflows into practical AI solutions.
- Assist with AI use cases including analytics, forecasting, compliance, reporting, internal knowledge search, and chatbot tools.
- Integrate AI tools with existing systems, data sources, and documentation repositories.
- Create training materials, process documentation, user guides, and knowledge-sharing content.
- Contribute to reusable AI frameworks, prompt patterns, and automation practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a registered Co-op program pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience or a strong interest in AI agents, automation, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- A solid understanding of AI concepts and an interest in real-world applications.
- Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with or interest in using Databricks for data analysis and automation is considered an asset.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September - December).
- Work Modality: On-site (5 days per week).
