About the role#
Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Marketing Co-op Student for a four-month term from September 2026 to December 2026. This full-time, paid position offers hands-on experience in marketing strategy and execution within the energy technology sector. You will work closely with experienced professionals to support brand presence and campaign development.
What you'll do#
- Support the creation and editing of written content for digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website copy.
- Research industry trends related to energy, sustainability, and innovation to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and client events.
- Manage website updates and digital content publishing.
- Design visuals for social media, email, and presentations using Canva.
- Provide administrative and project management support, including tracking timelines and organizing assets.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A digital-first mindset with an understanding of online marketing trends.
- Previous experience through school projects or volunteer work in marketing or event support is considered an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: This is an on-site role requiring attendance 5 days per week.
- Schedule: 40-hour work week.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience and year of study.
