About the role#
As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and technology. You will improve operational processes, tools, and reporting. You will contribute to projects that enhance internal systems, streamline workflows, and enable data-driven decisions. This role provides hands-on experience in application development and business analysis while you collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do#
- Assist with application development and troubleshooting for internal tools and platforms
- Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support commercial insights
- Participate in stakeholder engagement sessions to gather technical and functional requirements
- Conduct data analysis to uncover operational trends and identify areas for improvement
- Support change management efforts related to new systems, tools, or process updates
- Help define and map key commercial processes across departments
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a four year or advanced engineering degree program at an accredited university
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided)
- Current progress toward a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions
- Demonstrated desire to deliver high-quality customer service
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Geographic flexibility, as relocation is an essential part of the program
- Previous experience through an event or prior internship with the company is a plus

- Compensation: $22 - $32 per hour
