About the role#
As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and technology. You will contribute to projects that improve operational processes, tools, and reporting. This role involves enhancing internal systems, streamlining workflows, and enabling data-driven decisions through hands-on experience in application development and business analysis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with application development and troubleshooting for internal tools and platforms.
- Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support commercial insights.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement sessions to gather technical and functional requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover operational trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Support change management efforts related to new systems, tools, or process updates.
- Help define and map key commercial processes across departments.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced engineering degree program at an accredited university.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).
- Progress toward a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering is preferred.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a desire to deliver high-quality customer service are preferred.
- Previous experience with the company or meeting us at an event is a plus.
- A valid U.S. driver's license and geographic flexibility are preferred.

- Locations: Chelmsford, Massachusetts or Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
- The term is rolling.
