About the role#
As a Talent Acquisition Intern in Long Beach, you will support our recruiting efforts across multiple functions. You will gain hands-on experience in the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews. This role provides exposure to People and Culture processes and helps you understand how we attract and onboard talent.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiting efforts across various departments.
- Source and screen candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate interviews and assist with hiring initiatives.
- Work closely with your mentor and other team members to solve real challenges.
- Attend regular 1:1 meetings with supervisors to track progress and receive feedback.
- Participate in tech talks and connect with employees through social and professional events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate program in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship concludes.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- At least 3 months of corporate experience in recruitment.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks starting in May or June 2027.
- A GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.
- 6 or more months of corporate recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, are preferred.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail are preferred.

- This internship is based in Long Beach, California.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- The pay rate is $25.00 per hour.
- This position is for Summer 2027.
