About the role#
As an intern at Textron, you will gain hands-on experience by working on real projects alongside professionals in the field. This role provides an opportunity to explore your interests while building new skills to prepare for your future career.
What you'll do#
You will support the Human Resources team with ongoing and new projects. Your work will involve one or more HR centers of excellence or HR business partner tasks. You will also participate in business processes and meetings. At the end of your assignment, you will report on your experience.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite applications.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Capacity to learn new tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
- Strong self-motivation and initiative.

- Location: Hunt Valley, Maryland.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Paid, full-time, on-site internship.
