About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in New Orleans, Louisiana, gaining hands-on experience by contributing to real projects alongside experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Support the Human Resources team with ongoing and new projects.
- Assist HR centers of excellence, including talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, or HR operations.
- Help with HR business partner work.
- Participate in business meetings and internal processes.
- Present a report on your experience at the end of the assignment.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to learn new tasks.
- Capability to identify and solve problems while meeting deadlines.
