About the role#
As a Pharma Technical Intern, you will join our team in Mississauga to gain direct exposure to technical operations. This role focuses on the manufacturing of medicines. You will work with cross-functional teams to apply new technologies and drive initiatives that improve business productivity. You will participate in project rotations and receive mentorship to help shape your career goals.
What you'll do#
- Lead or support technical projects, process improvements, and system design solutions.
- Create and implement new operational processes to support business efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute hands-on technical operations projects.
- Provide end-user assistance within technical operations.
- Use Tableau or coding tools to build dashboards and visual insights to guide business decisions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Business, or Operations.
- Previous internship or work experience within an operational setting.
- Foundational understanding of project management.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (12-month duration).
- Modality: Full-time, hybrid (requires majority of days on-site).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
