About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in Agile product development and delivery. You will work within a cross-functional environment alongside Product, Engineering, and QA teams. The program is designed to build practical skills in delivery coordination, facilitation, and process improvement. You will receive coaching from experienced professionals and participate in a group innovation project throughout the 12-week term.
What you'll do#
- Support Agile product development and delivery processes.
- Identify and apply foundational Agile principles.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments by escalating issues as needed.
- Improve flow, transparency, and predictability in delivery workflows.
- Communicate delivery status, blockers, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Use delivery tools including Jira and Confluence for reporting and metrics.
- Collaborate on a group innovation project.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, with Junior or Senior standing by credit hours.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and an interest in process improvement.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in the office.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without future employer sponsorship.
