About the role#
The Paradox Church Residency is a two-year, full-time program for men and women. It focuses on leadership development and hands-on ministry experience. The program follows a structure of learning, leading, and launching to help participants explore a calling to full-time ministry.
What you'll do#
- Complete the residency curriculum and attend study hall for 10 hours each week.
- Participate in staff meetings for 4 hours per week.
- Gain ministry and department-specific experience for 26 hours per week.
- Raise your full-time salary through support raising.
- Work in areas such as Kids, Students, College, Operations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Worship.
