    About the role#

    As a Test and Launch Engineer Intern, you will work on the ground systems that support our propulsion and stage testing or launch operations. You will support the development, build-up, and activation of test stands and launch site ground support equipment, including fluid systems. This role involves supervising the construction, commissioning, and initial operations of these facilities.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop and operate ground support equipment for test stands or launch sites.
    • Supervise the construction and commissioning of test and launch facilities.
    • Create and optimize test and launch sequences, operational procedures, and data review processes.
    • Control test stand or launch site operations directly through GUIs and integrated software.
    • Monitor and interpret telemetry data during operations.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
    • Hands-on fabrication experience using common power tools.
    • Ability to work occasional night shifts.
    • One or more years of relevant internship experience is preferred.

    • Locations: Stennis Space Center, MS and Cape Canaveral, FL.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Employment: Full-time internship.
    • Compensation: Paid position.
    • Note: Personal transportation is required for both locations.
