About the role#
This internship is part of the Emerging Talent Program within the Corporate Banking Group. It is a 10-week summer experience focused on Commercial Credit Products. You will work in a team environment, complete tasks, and collaborate with senior managers on live projects. The program includes a technical curriculum to build your skills.
What you'll do#
- Compile market data and conduct research on specific industries and companies.
- Perform credit analysis, including financial statement analysis and company performance reviews.
- Evaluate the risk and return of transactions through financial due diligence.
- Create client pitch materials, internal deal screening memos, and underwriting committee approval memos.
- Support senior Relationship Managers with call planning and pipeline management.
- Gain exposure to capital markets products like loan syndications, fixed income, and derivatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
