About the role#
This internship provides exposure to commercial real estate through hands-on experience in financial services, capital markets, and property operations. You will work from our corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida, for approximately 9 weeks during the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
What you'll do#
- Analyze capital allocation decisions, including financial modeling, underwriting, and due diligence.
- Evaluate the use of predictive analytics and machine learning for decision making and reporting.
- Support the Investor Relations and Corporate Responsibility teams with data collection and analysis.
- Assist with leasing activities, including meeting with prospects and building tenant relationships.
- Shadow property managers to learn best practices in daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a sophomore or above at an accredited 4-year college or university.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA at the time of application.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to apply AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
