About the role#
This internship provides exposure to commercial real estate through hands-on experience in analytics, business planning, accounting, and capital markets. You will shadow experienced professionals while working on projects that involve process improvement and the application of analytic tools. This is a paid, part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies or enhancements.
- Enhance reporting and analysis of company KPIs by developing analytical models and dashboards.
- Provide recommendations for machine learning techniques and build predictive models for decision-making.
- Deliver a final presentation highlighting a business case recommendation and its potential impact.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Masters degree program with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Real Estate, Data Science, or Finance.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL Server with experience writing and troubleshooting basic queries.
Location & details#
- Location: Jacksonville, Florida.
- Work modality: On-site (at least three days per week, with Monday and Tuesday required in office).
- Term: Winter 2027.
