About the role#
Regency Centers is seeking an Analytics Intern for the Winter 2027 term at our corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida. This role provides exposure to commercial real estate through hands-on experience in analytics, business planning, accounting, and capital markets. You will work approximately 20 hours per week in an on-site capacity. This is a paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies or enhancements.
- Enhance reporting and analysis of company KPIs through the development of analytical models and dashboards.
- Provide recommendations for machine learning techniques and predictive models to support decision-making.
- Conclude the internship by delivering a final presentation detailing a business case recommendation and its potential impact.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Masters degree program with a GPA of at least 3.0.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Data Science, or Finance.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL Server with experience writing and troubleshooting basic queries.
