About the role#
We are hiring a Finance & Treasury Intern to join our team in Plymouth. This is a full-time, paid internship. You will work on-site and support our daily treasury, insurance, and administrative operations.
What you'll do#
- Support treasury and insurance activities.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, and action item logs.
- Help coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-up items.
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
- Organize and manage electronic records and documentation.
- Communicate with internal and external partners to gather information.
- Assist with special projects and process improvements.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- You have basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry and simple formulas.
- You pay close attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
- You can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- You have effective organizational and time management skills.
- You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- You are eager to learn and can handle confidential information professionally.
