About the role#
This is a full-time, 11-week paid internship based at our global headquarters in Milwaukee. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting the Industrial Powertrain Systems marketing team. The program runs from June 2, 2027, to August 13, 2027. There is a potential opportunity to continue working part-time during the following fall semester.
What you'll do#
- Create social media content for the company and key leadership.
- Assist with the digital asset management system and organize marketing materials.
- Develop content for the Powertrain and Perceptiv business teams.
- Write short-form and long-form content.
- Build PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate internal communications for leadership.
- Analyze metrics for marketing campaigns.
- Support various other marketing projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take direction well.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to generate new ideas.
- A desire to learn and contribute to the team.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work Model: Hybrid. You will be onsite at least 3 days per week, Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
- Travel: Limited travel, up to 10%.
