About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Fort Wayne, Indiana, supporting the Application Engineering and Firmware Design teams. The role focuses on product performance and troubleshooting for COPRA, FFU, and various blower systems.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot product issues reported by customers.
- Develop solutions to address these technical challenges.
- Perform application testing on blowers and related systems.
- Define and build test setups and specific conditions.
- Conduct tests to identify the root cause of customer issues.
- Assist engineers with new product application testing.
- Create drawings, technical documentation, and standard work procedures.
- Travel to other lab locations as needed to support project requirements.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering degree program.
- Ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions for product issues.
- Skills in defining test setups and performing root cause analysis.
- Capability to assist with technical documentation and standard work.
- Ability to work on-site in a lab environment.
