About the role#
As a Marketing Intern at RDO Equipment Co., you will gain hands-on experience with marketing automation, digital campaigns, and customer journey development. You will work alongside our marketing team to support both creative and operational tasks, contributing to projects that drive business results.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the administration, optimization, and execution of marketing automation activities.
- Help create, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs.
- Monitor campaign metrics, develop reports, and provide insights on engagement and conversions.
- Assist with assembling marketing assets and updating website content.
- Support the broader marketing team with creative and operational tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to write, edit, and proofread content for digital and marketing use.
- Familiarity with MS Office, marketing software, and online applications.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
