About the role#
This internship provides high school students with hands-on experience in machinery manufacturing. You will learn how a dealership operates and build practical skills while working alongside experienced team members. This is a paid, part-time position designed to help you explore potential career paths.
What you'll do#
- Assist technicians with equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Support the parts department and showroom operations.
- Help with general facility, yard, and equipment upkeep.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Work safely and interact with customers to support team goals.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and coworkers.
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
