About the role#
This is a full-time co-op placement for the Winter 2027 term, running from January 11, 2027, through April 30, 2027, or August 20, 2027. You will join the Personal Banking team to help transform data into actionable strategies. Potential placements include Payment Innovation, Customer Data Management, or Cards & Loyalty.
What you'll do#
- Identify, manage, and interpret data to support business insights.
- Use Business Intelligence tools and technologies to streamline processes.
- Solve complex business challenges using analytical and creative methods.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and business partners.
- Work across the data lifecycle, including building data pipelines, feature engineering, and model development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical findings to others.
