About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Chief Legal and Administrative Office group to support the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). You will work on-site in Toronto, contributing to the tools and procedures that guide project delivery across the bank.
What you'll do#
- Help develop the Enterprise Project Delivery Life Cycle Procedure.
- Document and refine EPMO tools and internal processes.
- Work with Project Management Offices and stakeholders to gather feedback and suggest improvements.
- Produce monthly newsletters and ad-hoc communications for the organization.
- Manage content for the EPMO Connect site.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support ongoing initiatives.
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations to share project insights.
- Attend workshops and learning sessions to support your professional development.
What you'll need#
- A growth mindset and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with facilitation and presenting to others.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Interest in organizational strategy and project management.
- Knowledge of data governance or risk management concepts is an asset.
- Experience using Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
