About the role#
This is a four-month internship opportunity for the Winter 2027 term within the Technology & Operations division at RBC. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for various student roles, including Business Systems Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Control Officer, and Communications Analyst.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business requirement documents to track and resolve software issues.
- Research and document stakeholder needs to support the development of business solutions.
- Create process documents, end-user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure IT project portfolio data is accurate.
- Assist in creating and updating project schedules.
- Maintain web content, including FAQs and training resources.
- Support the communication requirements of T&O functional areas.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a Canadian post-secondary institution in Business Technology Management, Business Analysis, Commerce, Project Management, Communications Design, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience or knowledge of business analysis processes like requirements gathering and use cases.
- Ability to think analytically and work independently.

- Roles are available on-site in Toronto, Mississauga, and Halifax.
