About the role#
This is a four-month internship for the Winter 2027 term, running from January to April. You will work within a business unit to support operational activities and contribute to defined projects under direct supervision. You will apply your knowledge of bank policies and practices to complete both routine tasks and varied administrative assignments.
What you'll do#
- Support operational activities and contribute to specific projects.
- Document processes and update existing procedure manuals.
- Research and analyze stakeholder needs to support the development of business solutions.
- Create process documents, end-user guides, and training materials.
- Maintain web content, FAQs, and other department resources.
- Develop competence in the internal tools and business processes used by the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a Canadian post-secondary institution in Business Administration, Economics, or Communications.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Creative and analytical thinking skills with a self-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership acumen and an interest in applying it to a business environment.

- This position is located in Toronto, Ontario.
- The role is full-time and on-site.
- You must be returning to school after the term ends in April 2027 or require this work term as a mandatory component for graduation.
