About the role#
The Quantitative Trading Summer Analyst Program offers an opportunity to work within algorithmic trading groups. You will join teams of mathematicians, software engineers, and data scientists to write and manage automated trading strategies. This program is designed to develop your quantitative skills and decision-making capabilities, with the potential for a full-time offer upon completion.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing trading strategies and evaluating models and technologies.
- Improve the speed of trading systems.
- Paper trade in your team’s asset class by working alongside voice traders to learn the markets.
- Gain exposure to products including FX, equities, interest rates, and ETFs.
- Participate in a comprehensive education program for interns and junior traders.
What you'll need#
- Anticipated graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 from an accredited program.
- Current study in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills, including experience in Python and either Java or C++.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Capacity to work in a challenging environment.
