About the role#
Morgan Properties is hiring a Summer Analyst for the Acquisitions and Capital Markets team for the summer of 2028. This role provides exposure to the investment cycle through shadowing, weekly pipeline meetings, and mentorship. You will work on live deals and evaluate investment opportunities. The internship concludes with an individual project where you present an investment opportunity to the Investment Committee.
What you'll do#
- Analyze new investment opportunities.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative tasks such as market analysis, financial modeling, and real estate valuation.
- Monitor the performance of existing assets.
- Prepare investment proposals and presentations.
- Work with mentors to develop investment skills.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate status with an anticipated graduation date between May 2029 and December 2029.
- Strong GPA from a top-tier university, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Real Estate.
- Advanced Excel skills and a solid foundation in financial modeling, finance, and accounting.
- A clear interest in the real estate sector.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.

- Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2028.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid position at $25 per hour.
