About the role#
The REDI Americas Summer Analyst program in Investment Management offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working with teams specializing in the commercial real estate investment process. Interns will work on top-quality assets, gain exposure to seasoned real estate professionals, and contribute to processes that impact properties globally. The program includes a capstone project that interns will present to leadership at the end of the summer.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the underwriting of new projects and the asset management of operating properties.
- Conduct market research, due diligence, and financial analysis.
- Vet potential investments and investigate new business lines.
- Complete a capstone project and present your findings to the Investment Management team.
What you'll need#
- Strong math and quantitative aptitude.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enrollment as a current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior planning to enter a graduate program immediately.
- While students from any academic discipline are considered, backgrounds in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics are relevant.
