About the role#
The REDI Americas Summer Analyst program in Investment Management offers an opportunity to work with teams specializing in the commercial real estate investment process. Interns gain hands-on experience by contributing to the underwriting of new projects and the asset management of operating properties. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with an assigned team on high-quality assets and investigate new business lines.
- Assist with market research, due diligence, and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
- Vet potential investments and research new markets or product types.
- Complete a capstone project throughout the summer, culminating in a presentation to Investment Management leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate sophomores or juniors, or seniors planning to enter a graduate program immediately.
- Strong quantitative and mathematical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- While all academic disciplines are considered, backgrounds in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics are relevant.

- Compensation: $23 to $28 per hour, depending on geography.
