About the role#
The REDI Americas Real Estate Summer Analyst program offers hands-on experience within commercial real estate investment management and development. Interns work alongside experienced professionals on active projects, contributing to the financial and operational success of properties across the portfolio. This is a full-time, paid summer internship for 2026.
What you'll do#
- Assist with underwriting and lease analysis for new projects.
- Support asset management activities for operating properties.
- Conduct market research by gathering data on properties, transactions, and tenants.
- Input and maintain data within internal databases.
- Contribute to new development projects, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Perform due diligence and financial analysis to support property-level decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or a senior entering a graduate program.
- Strong math and quantitative aptitude.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Argus is a plus but is not required.
- Academic background in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is preferred.

- Compensation: $23 to $28 per hour, depending on geographic location.
