About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will provide financial advice and solutions to clients to meet their individual needs. You will serve as a representative of the bank within the local community, focusing on delivering exceptional service and helping clients thrive.
What you'll do#
- Deliver exceptional customer service by completing transactions and engaging in needs-based conversations.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial advice and solutions.
- Contribute to team sales results by spotting opportunities to offer advice or introduce clients to relevant RBC partners.
- Resolve client concerns at the first point of contact.
- Educate and assist clients in using RBC digital capabilities.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines and processes to protect client and shareholder interests.
What you'll need#
- Proven customer service experience, preferably within the financial or service industry.
- Strong drive, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Personal flexibility to work varying hours.
- Eagerness to learn and a determination to succeed.
- Current enrollment in a program related to Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
