About the role#
As a Manager, Credit Structures Intern, you will serve as a credit professional providing value-added advice and credit expertise to Private Banking clients. You will manage credit relationships and collaborate across the organization to introduce clients to appropriate solutions and capabilities.
What you'll do#
- Provide high-end relationship management and credit advice to high net worth clients.
- Deliver a superior credit experience through deep-discovery conversations to analyze needs and present tailored solutions.
- Develop innovative and creative credit strategies for Private Banking clients.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive, accurate credit proposals supported by thorough due diligence and financial statement analysis.
- Lead discussions regarding mortgage renewals and process client requests.
- Proactively manage credit renewals by meeting all submission deadlines.
What you'll need#
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit granting to personal or business clients.
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements.
- Superior client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of RBC Private Banking financing products, credit procedures, and standards.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
- Academic background in Finance or Business Administration.
