About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to work within the supply chain quality group at Pratt & Whitney Canada. You will interact with multiple aeronautical disciplines while receiving support from experienced colleagues. The role is full-time and on-site in Longueuil, Quebec, running from January 5, 2027, to April 23, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage the approval process for supplier sub-tier declarations.
- Validate supplier declarations against pre-determined criteria.
- Support the supplier request for information process and follow up with internal stakeholders including lab, engineering, and drafting teams.
- Provide approved responses to suppliers.
- Conduct process mapping and draft work instructions for non-product supplier management.
- Update Quality Management System procedures and improve content.
- Perform administrative tasks in SharePoint and maintain project trackers and key performance indicators.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university for the duration of the internship.
- Current pursuit of a degree in mechanical, computer, industrial, or aerospace engineering, or operations management or business administration.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management.

- Modality: On-site, Monday to Friday.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23).
- Note: Candidates must pass a background check and obtain necessary authorizations for handling controlled goods.
