    About the role#

    This internship is part of the Summer 2027 program, running from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will join the Finance team in Herndon, Virginia, to support customs compliance and warehouse operations. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.

    What you'll do#

    • Act as the primary contact between the Warehouse Operations team and the Customs Compliance team.
    • Assist in organizing and reviewing customs documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and import/export declarations.
    • Standardize and update operational procedures related to customs processing.
    • Resolve daily customs questions and issues that arise from the warehouse floor.
    • Support the compliance team by auditing transaction data to ensure accuracy before official submissions.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited college or university in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Ability to work in the US without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
    • Strong computer skills, specifically with MS Excel and the Google Suite.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work on-site in Herndon, VA.

    • Compensation: Paid position with an hourly rate of $24 - $39.75, depending on degree program and year in school.
