About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Software Engineering Internship for Summer 2027. The position is based on-site in Annapolis, Maryland. Please note that U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
What you'll do#
- Support the design and development of software applications and platforms for the aviation community.
- Write automated test cases and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure software meets customer requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation for software design and development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program in Computer Science or a STEM major, continuing through the end of the internship.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Python, and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Git, JIRA, or Jenkins.
- Experience gained through coursework, projects, research, or previous work.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are preferred.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
