About the role#
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will join the commercial services group to work on transformational projects. You will focus on business model changes within the aftermarket by implementing initiatives to develop and refine business processes. You will be responsible for specific project components or complex parts of larger projects, contributing your functional knowledge to the team. This role requires the ability to work with a fair degree of independence.
What you'll do#
- Manage order entry and adjustments.
- Support SAP activities resulting from changes to sales plans.
- Raise internal requests for manual invoices or credit notes.
- Extract and assess reporting from customer portals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as supply chain, to ensure information accuracy for third-party orders.
- Initiate IT support tickets, system access requests, and hardware purchase requisitions.
- Investigate potential improvements to data and file management practices.
- Assist with other relevant team tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Pursuing studies in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or an MBA.
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written).
- Functional knowledge of English to read technical instructions, plans, and drawings, and to communicate with international colleagues or suppliers.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Project management skills are considered an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Modality: Exclusively on-site, Monday to Friday.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
