About the role#
Join our team to help implement our roadmap toward more agile and efficient development of engine control systems. As an engineering student, you will work under the supervision of an engineer to improve existing development tools, evaluate new technologies, and assist in refining our simulation platforms for iterative software development.
What you'll do#
- Develop a graphical user interface for a tool that automates test execution on hardware and virtual test benches.
- Create an automated tool to calibrate hardware test benches.
- Improve simulation wrapper models by adding virtual components.
- Evaluate existing process tools and create change requests to improve agility and connectivity.
- Participate in a proof-of-concept project to fully automate the engine control system verification process, from test requests to result verification.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in software or computer engineering.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
- Note: The successful candidate must undergo a criminal background check and obtain necessary authorizations for handling controlled goods.
