About the role#
This is a 10-week, full-time paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work within the Rabo AgriFinance team to gain practical experience in banking and financial analysis. You will be paired with a mentor and participate in a summer-long project, culminating in a presentation to leadership and the local team. This role requires 10-15% travel.
What you'll do#
- Learn about various loan structures and credit products.
- Perform financial spreading and analyze financial statements.
- Handle loan documentation, including sourcing, creating covenants, and imaging files.
- Research and follow up on loan delinquencies.
- Collaborate with the CRT team and rotate through functions like relationship management, underwriting, and appraisals.
- Join team meetings and use internal technology to communicate.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience or knowledge in agriculture is preferred.
- Ability to work well in teams and independently with minimal supervision.

- Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on academic standing.
