About the role#
QTS Data Centers is hiring an Enterprise IT Support Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Ashburn, Virginia. You will work directly with the internal Technology team to manage IT operations and support various business functions.
What you'll do#
- Organize and handle incoming IT ticket requests.
- Facilitate access to IT tools and manage system changes for staff across the organization.
- Use PowerShell to initiate technical solutions.
- Assist the Technology team with daily tasks and operational responsibilities.
- Maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and status reports.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You must be a US citizen.
