About the role#
The Development Capital Strategy Intern role focuses on data driven research and reporting for current and future capital project portfolios. You will work within a team environment to support the financial and operational planning of our data center projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Development, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams on strategic capital initiatives.
- Support new development capital project requests and approvals for monthly senior executive committee meetings.
- Maintain and create cost projections for greenfield construction and incremental site builds.
- Work on equipment procurement and delivery processes.
- Develop new processes and documentation to improve capital project management.
What you'll need#
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- US Citizenship.
