About the role#
This internship focuses on data driven research and reporting for capital spending across our current and future project portfolios. You will work with our Development, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to support strategic capital initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support new development capital project requests and approvals for monthly senior executive committee meetings.
- Maintain and create cost projections for greenfield construction and incremental site builds.
- Assist with equipment procurement and delivery processes.
- Develop new processes and documentation to improve how we manage capital projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- You must be a US Citizen.
