About the role#
This is a 4 month co-op position based in Montreal for the Winter 2027 term. You will join our International Tax Services practice to support Canadian and foreign companies with their cross-border operations. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work alongside experienced professionals to manage tax risks and drive business value.
What you'll do#
- Assist with cross-border investments, including mergers, acquisitions, and financing.
- Help clients navigate complex international tax matters and tax treaties.
- Contribute to tax consultations regarding global minimum tax rules.
- Support tax research projects using innovative AI and digital tools.
- Gain practical experience with tax workflows during the busy season.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program in Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage projects effectively.
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working in diverse teams.
- Proficiency in French is required.
