About the role#
As a Tax Innovation Delivery Experience (TIDE) intern, you will join our product management team. You will work on software and product innovation projects within our Tax practice. This role involves supporting teams as they develop tax solutions, optimize strategies, and manage product lifecycles. You will gain exposure to professional environments while contributing to project success through research and data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Support product management teams in developing innovative tax solutions.
- Participate in product ideation and lifecycle management to improve offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and development opportunities.
- Assist in creating and refining product strategies and visions.
- Gather and analyze data to inform management decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digitization initiatives.
- Prepare product documentation and user guides.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- You have at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- You are typically in your third year of a four-year program or fourth year of a five-year program.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
