About the role#
As an Accounting Advisory Intern at Crowe, you will join the Consulting Practice to help clients address complex business needs. You will analyze data and deliver tailored business and technology solutions while gaining hands-on experience in a professional services environment. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Support financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Transform accounting processes and implement new accounting standards.
- Conduct fieldwork, prepare workpapers, and develop clear, professional reports.
- Advise clients on enhancing internal controls and assessing financial and operational risk.
- Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- On track to meet CPA eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data analysis tools.
- Relevant work experience through internships, part-time jobs, or campus involvement.
- Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a team setting and willingness to travel as needed.
