About the role#
As a Digital Assurance & Transparency intern, you will join our Assurance practice to support audit teams. You will gain exposure to our methodologies while contributing to project tasks. This role focuses on learning, observing experienced professionals, and building your skills in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams with digital assurance projects and tasks.
- Observe experienced auditors to learn about methodologies and practices.
- Evaluate internal controls and IT governance to improve compliance processes.
- Identify risks and engage in process assurance activities.
- Use artificial intelligence platforms to help develop and deploy machine learning systems.
- Gather and analyze data to find patterns that support decision-making.
- Review compliance and governance frameworks to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Apply intellectual curiosity to develop solutions for audit processes.
- Listen to feedback and use it to grow professionally.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or finished with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, or Information Technology.
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- You should be in your third year of a four-year degree or your fourth year of a five-year program.
- You must meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam or CISA licensure before starting a full-time role.
Location & details#
- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $29.25 to $48.00 per hour, depending on skills and qualifications.
- Note: This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
