About the role#
As a Cyber - Data, Risk & Privacy Consulting Intern, you will work within our Advisory practice to help clients manage cyber risks and protect their digital assets. This role focuses on gaining exposure to privacy law, data protection, and compliance strategies. You will work alongside experienced consultants to observe their methods and contribute to client projects.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in cybersecurity and privacy initiatives to protect digital assets.
- Participate in projects that focus on managing cyber risks and improving compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of privacy program strategies.
- Conduct research and gather information to analyze privacy impact assessments.
- Develop skills in managing data breaches and implementing measures to prevent future incidents.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor's degree.
- Typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or the 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.3 and a preferred major GPA of 3.3.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or Industrial Design.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site at one of our offices in Rosemont, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Philadelphia, Seattle, or Houston.
