About the role#
As a Workforce Solutions Intern, you will work within our Advisory practice to support clients with workforce transformation. You will focus on change management and communications projects, gaining exposure to professional consulting environments. This role is designed to help you build commercial awareness while contributing to initiatives that improve the employee experience.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in the execution of change management and communication strategies.
- Participate in the development of workforce solutions to enhance the employee experience.
- Conduct research and gather data to assist in business analysis and change impact assessments.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of organizational change initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- You are typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred majors include Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing, and Communications.
- A cumulative and major GPA of 3.3 or higher is preferred.
