About the role#
ITRADE Innovations is looking for a Concierge Security Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on modern cryptography and secure certificate management. You will work with enterprise customers to support their security infrastructure while building your technical skills in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Implement and manage digital certificates and quantum encryption protocols.
- Provide concierge-level support for certificate lifecycle management.
- Monitor certificate deployments and notify clients about potential issues or expirations.
- Support security assessments related to PKI infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation for secure certificate implementation.
- Work with technical teams to integrate encryption solutions into existing frameworks.
- Help deliver client training on certificate management best practices.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT security or a related area.
- Basic understanding of PKI and digital certificates.
- Familiarity with common encryption protocols and security tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to others.
- Preference is given to candidates with Security+ or similar certifications, experience with automated certificate management, or knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks. A background in customer service or technical support is also helpful.

- This is a full-time, paid, remote position.
- The role is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
- Employment is on a rolling term basis.
- You must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
