About the role#
As an Accelerated Solutions Consulting Intern, you will work directly with clients on complex business transactions. This role focuses on helping businesses navigate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will join teams that guide clients toward growth and operational success. This is an opportunity to learn our methodologies, observe professional work environments, and build your skills through project work.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in delivering deal advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Participate in post-merger integration projects to help businesses capture synergies and optimize operations.
- Assist in developing strategic advice and due diligence processes.
- Engage in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct research and gather information to support client engagements.
- Contribute to carve-out planning and operational separation activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- A cumulative and major GPA of 3.3 or higher is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- Work is on-site.
- Available locations include Rosemont, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Philadelphia, Seattle, and Houston.
- Travel requirements are up to 80%.
