About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship program within the Retirement Strategies team. You will work in a business-to-business environment to learn how we support financial professionals through a consultative sales model. The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience in business-to-business sales and learn the fundamentals of wholesaling and financial product distribution.
- Support strategic sales initiatives, conduct research, and assist with presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to improve processes, provide client services, and meet customer needs.
- Partner with the broader sales team to develop solutions and improve process efficiencies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s program with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- This program is open to all majors.
- Requisite US employment authorization (visa sponsorship is not provided).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage your time effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in financial services.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role based in Newark, New Jersey; Dresher, Pennsylvania; or Shelton, Connecticut.
- The pay range for this position is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour.
