About the role#
This internship provides practical work experience to support your academic and professional growth. You will join the National Sales Desk, which partners with external wholesalers to educate and support financial advisors nationwide. This is a paid, part-time, in-person opportunity for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the Jackson Sales Academy.
- Sharpen your public speaking skills through hands-on practice.
- Job shadow team members to learn about the business.
- Complete projects that help enable sales across the organization.
What you'll need#
- You must be a senior undergraduate student at the time of the internship.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Communications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Project management skills and a focus on the customer.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong initiative to take on new tasks.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Nashville, Tennessee.
- The program runs during the Winter 2027 semester.
- You are expected to work part-time during business hours.
